  • Acted as a liaison between internal and client teams to ensure expectations are clearly communicated, understood, and met during project life cycles; End clients include Amazon, Expedia, Salesforce, Sizmek, and Southwest Airlines

  • Partnered with Consulting Services team to streamline processes, optimize consultant onboarding, and identify areas to increase efficiency within key account operations

Leadership and Community Involvement

Madison Reading Project, Community Library Caretaker

  • Visited the Bayview Foundation “Little Free Library” bi-weekly to evaluate the condition of the library and to replenish the books as needed

North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts, Guardian ad Litem

  • Reported independent research findings and children’s needs to the court by submitting reports prepared in accordance with North Carolina statutes, program standards, and policies for scheduled hearings

  • Consulted regularly with supervisor and social worker on matters pertaining to assigned case

Kappa Delta Sorority, President

  • Led weekly meetings of nine executive officers and organization-wide meetings of 200+ members while maintaining an environment of inclusivity and compassion

  • Advised the Vice President of Finance on the finalization of a $135,000 budget; eliminated $50,000 in expenses to reduce membership dues during COVID-19

  • Redesigned member accountability system and restructured attendance system in an effort to increase effective member engagement

  • Explored a method to research the role of enteric neurons within the gastrointestinal system of children with autism
